2. Services

SpaceUs offers a range of digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Content Creation

  • Website Design & Development

  • Branding & Strategy

All services will be detailed in individual proposals, contracts, or statements of work, which will form part of this agreement.


3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide all required information and materials in a timely manner

  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws

  • Make payments as agreed upon in the proposal or contract

Delays in providing necessary input may affect project timelines and delivery.


4. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are outlined in advance and agreed upon before services begin.

  • Payments are due as specified in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.


5. Refund Policy

SpaceUs does not offer refunds for marketing services once they have commenced.
Refunds are only applicable for domain and hosting services, and only if requested within 15 calendar days of purchase. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by SpaceUs remain our property until full payment is received.

Once paid in full:

  • Website content, creatives, and designs will be transferred to the client’s ownership

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over any sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, login credentials, trade secrets, and client data.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceUs shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or goodwill

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., third-party hosting outages)

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, as defined in the project contract.
In the event of termination:

  • The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date

  • Outstanding invoices must be settled immediately

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of these terms, especially concerning payment or abuse.


10. Website Use

By using our website (www.spaceus.co.uk), you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful or malicious activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

All content on our website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
